What rules apply to every bonus?
Each bonus carries wagering, a time limit and eligibility conditions that you accept when you opt in.
Bonus money is tracked separately from your cash balance and becomes withdrawable once its wagering is complete. These terms cover the welcome offer, our Promotions and Gatineau Rewards credits, together with any extra conditions listed in the details of a specific offer. They form part of our Terms of Use.
What is the current welcome offer?

How does wagering work for each game type?
Casino play and Live Casino play carry separate requirements.
Wagering, shown as a multiplier, is how much you need to bet before you can withdraw bonus funds.
- Casino games in our Lobby and Jackpots: 15x, completed within 30 days.
- Live Casino games: 40x, completed within 7 days.
- Free spin promotions: winnings carry 2x to 4x wagering, with the exact multiplier stated on the promotion.

May I have several bonuses active at once?
No. A single bonus runs on your account at any moment.
A new offer becomes available after your current bonus is wagered, forfeited or expired.
What counts as bonus abuse?
Misusing bonuses results in the bonus and any winnings being voided.
- Registering more than one account to receive an offer repeatedly
- Coordinating play with other people to extract bonus value
- Placing low risk opposite bets to clear wagering
- Paying with methods owned by another person
When we identify abuse, we withdraw the bonus together with all winnings it generated, and Gatineau Casino reserves the right to shut the account, as our Terms of Use allow.
Is the bonus amount I can cash out capped?
Any conversion cap that applies is set out in the details of the offer concerned.
Certain promotions cap the bonus amount you can turn into cash. Where a cap applies, any amount above it is deducted when you complete wagering.
Who can claim bonuses?
Players aged 19 or older, in Canada, where local law permits it.
Only a new player's first deposit qualifies for the welcome offer, and the offer is unavailable to players in Ontario. Accounts that are cooling off, or that carry an active self-exclusion, are not eligible for any promotion. Membership in the VIP Club is offered solely by invitation, sent to players in the top tier of Gatineau Rewards.
Is there a maximum stake during a bonus?
Where an offer sets one, the stake limit is listed in that offer's details.
Stakes above the stated limit do not count toward wagering, and winnings from those rounds can be removed.
When do bonuses expire?
Activation and wagering both run on fixed deadlines.
- Activate the welcome offer within 7 days of registration.
- Complete casino wagering within 30 days.
- Complete live casino wagering within 7 days.
Bonus money still unwagered at the deadline is removed. Your cash balance is not affected.
How do I opt in?
Choose the offer in Promotions, or pick it at the cashier while making your deposit.
No bonus is added unless you choose to opt in. To get the welcome offer, select it when making a first deposit of at least C$20. You may always decline a bonus and play with real money only.
Can bonus terms change?
We can adjust offers, but a bonus you already claimed keeps its original conditions.
